For New Clients
Welcome! Before booking your first appointment, we ask that you complete our New Client Intake Form. This helps us get to know you and ensure your service is perfectly customized to your needs. Once your form is reviewed, we’ll reach out with next steps for scheduling.

Where are you located?

Our studio is in Downtown Longview, at 1402 Broadway Suite 206. It is a two story dark grey building, please give ample time for finding parking. The back parking lot is private parking and unfortunately not available for clients- there is street parking surrounding the building with easy access,

What is your CANCELLATION policY?

If you are needing to reschedule or cancel, we ask for 24 hours notice. All cancellations less than 24 hours, will be a charged 50% service fee. This must be paid before rescheduling or booking again. I am extremely understanding, and life happens but I please just ask you respect my time as I will yours! NO SHOWS ARE NOT TOLERATED and will be charged 100% of the service booked. 

All clients are required to keep a card on file when booking for no show protection. Thank you

What should i do before my appointment?

-Forms will be sent to you as soon as you book- they are also located in our website. Please fill out before arrival. 
-For facials, no actives (AHAs or retinols) minimum of 72 hours unless other instructed!
